SOURCE: my husqvarna 46 in. cut back fires when i turn it

The throttle is to high.... lower it down to an area between slow and medium and let it idle for a few seconds. That should stop the backfire.

SOURCE: Husqvarna Riding Lawn Mower 46 Cut model

I can not say this enough, check the safety switches. There should be one on the seat, the clutch /brake pedal and /or the equipment pto switch. Also, check the wires running to these switches. They tend to move and vibrate as you mow and a worn spot in the wires can cause a short, resulting in the mower not starting.

Good Luck!!!

Are you referring to the "tension rod" on the mower deck? I think the rod you are talking about is number 114 on the diagram. Take a look at this diagram.

Excessive vibrating

Exsessive vibration is normally attributable to the mower deck. If the vibration is occurring while the blades are engaged and cutting this would indicate a need for further investigation. Check the blades for damage or uneven ware. If the blades are new or appear in good shape check the mandrals and shafts to ensure they are not Brocken or bent. You can get mandrel assembly's for around $60.00 online and replace all you need in one go.

Is there a way to tighten the deck belt? i have gone through 2 belts and they dont seem to be tight around the pulleys.

Your deck should have a couple "idler" pulleys on them in addition to the main mandrell pulleys that have tension on them via springs to keep tension on your deck belt. Maybe you need to really examine the condition of those "idler" pulleys and also the main pulleys to find the problem.

I have a yardman 46 in cut riding mower, it is leaving grass in the middle. I have put new blades, change the belts, put on a new tention spring, so what is my problem?

Well one of the spindle assemblies, could be running a little slower on one side then the other. But I would take a guess that you are trying to cut grass, way too fast for the mower. Try running a ground speed a liitle slower and see what happens.
Good Day.
