With the unit off, hold down the set key until the year shows up. Press the mem key to advance by 1, or press the set key to set/accept that value and/or advance to next setting. See: Omron Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor

My wrist cuff monitor seems to be reading low. Is there a way to get it checked or calibrated?

The next time you go to your doctor, take the wrist cuff monitor with you. As they always do, the nurse or doctor will check you vital signs. After they do that and they've told you what your blood pressure and pulse readings are, correctly place the cuff monitor on your wrist and check you BP and Pulse with it. Compare the reading from the cuff monitor to what your doctor got. If it's within a few points, it's no big deal. If it's way off, than there's a problem with the cuff.

Remember, whenever using a cuff monitor, always keep your wrist at heart level for the most accurate reading. Once it's activated, remain completely still and don't move your wrist, until it has finished cycling.

Lumiscope 1060 lost my manual, when do you stop inflating and read your pressure ?

Using a stethoscope over the place you can feel a pulse in the crease of the inner elbow, pump up the cuff until you no longer hear the pulse beat. Let the air out slowly until you hear a pulse, that is the systolic (top) number. Continue to let the air out until you no longer hear the pulse - that is the diastolic (bottom) number.
Congratulations on taking an active role in your health!

Does not inflate, even after NEW batteries and reset of data.

its seems like when you were doing the settings for your monitor you didnt take it back to the start position so you need to read the instructions from your papers and go back to the begining and restart all over with the settings, it seems like you have knocked off the settings somewhere which also controls the inflation of the cuff and the cuff will not inflate while the settings are not set right so restart from your instructions and see if this will help you. good luck!
