Does your fluke 79III beep when turned on?

I imagine you're using this multimeter when you're working on your motorcycle and that is why you posted it under motorcycles?

I don't think too many people have your exact device, but for most operations a dirt cheap multimeter will do the same trick. If you're that fastidious, you'd need to check all possible circuits and maybe order replacement parts if you think they got fried despite being on a fused circuit. I presume you know all about DigiKey.

Try using compressed air to clean terminal block plugs (specially mA plug) - something is stuck there and unit thinks that you have your leads connected to mA and setting and will beep if you turn knob to any other function.

Terminal is dirty inside and unit thinks that leads are connected to mA terminals and knob is at Volts,

Use compressed air to clean terminals and if that does not help use cotton bud with little alcohol on it to clean terminals inside. It will fix the problem.

When turned on my fluke 88 multi meter it always show LEAD on display is it normal or not ?

no its not normal, clean terminals with cotton bud and ISO and then some compressed air, buildup of dirt in terminals may cause unit to display leads error

Why always display ''lead '' fluke 88v

Fluke 88 V displays "LEADS" warning if test leads are in A or mA/uA terminals but switch position does not corespond with those terminals.

Remove all leads and if you still get "LEADS" warning try cleaning all terminals with air. Sometimes dirt gets in A terminals and unit thinks that leads are connected.

Use compressed air or airduster to blow dust from all terminals and hopefully that will fix the problem.

Fluke Buzzer disk -> Can you tell me where can I buy it?

Good on you on fixing Fluke DMM. Contact local Fluke authorised service centre or Fluke directly if you are in US and ask them for Audio Transducer (Part Number: 2041050). it should not be more than couple of dollars. Good luck with you Fluke DMM.
