Hi Signrite: This should help out. It looks like you are having a problem with yellow.If you are using a third party ink (non Xerox) then you may be having a printhead.

9,035.4x through 9, 038:
Fault codes associated when ink count flags are stuck
after melting 2.5 ink sticks. The following codes are recorded: 9,03x.41, where x= 5
for cyan, 6 for magenta, 7 for yellow, and 8 for black.

This means the Yellow ink sticks are jammed in the machine, open up the top of the machine and check if the sticks can slide freely up and down and remove any broken sticks.

• Check the Ink Loader for bent melt tips.

What does error code 91,721,00:3959 on a xerox colorqube 8570 mean

That error is a printhead tilt fault. The printhead is not able to cam back and forth correctly. There is a kit that fixes that problem, part number 8570-Z1.

A 93,984,00 error refers to an Ink Load Obstruction and Reservoir Not Filled issue and the machine needs to be powered off asap to avoid further damage to the printer. This relates to Cyan in particular. It is also worth checking all the other colours at the same time. You need to take the following steps:

1.DO NOT RESTART the printer as this could cause the head overfill.
2.Check for any ink spills around the Printheads and clean them up.
3.Check the Ink Loader for bent melt tips.
4.Check for the Ink Loader power cable being misrouted around the melt tips.
5.Check height of all ink levels in the head reservoir.
6.Restart the printer.

What does error code 91,721.00:1039 on Xerox ColorQube 8570 mean

The error is a printhead tilt fault. It's unable to tilt on the axis, caused by a fault camshaft and process motor. The part you need to fix it is 8570-Z1.
