Question about Cell Phones
I broke my charge port on my phone trying to use the old fashioned red and black wire charging method directly to the battery
You will have to take the phone to a mobile phone repair shop and get them to replace the port. usually cost around $10.00

Ive seen phones that were the same but most newer phones should be able to charge the battery through the phone not just the battery cradle. You have probably got a defective phone. I'd be very surprised if it was designed that way but sadly its possible. Call your provider to double check and be sure to keep your box and all materials as most companies wont let you return or exchange a phone without the original packaging and everything in it. Good Luck.

There is nothing wrong if you get this message While You Are Talking, Texting or Surfing the Web. If that is when we receive this message means is that you are using more power from the battery than the charger is supplying at that moment. SO the power/battery monitor in the phone thinks that the battery is bad because the battery is not receiving any of the power that is coming in from the charger BECAUSE you are using the phone while you are charging. So you really don't need to worry about it. If you care about the life of your battery; some experts suggest that the best way it charge is with the phone completely turned off. I know many people believe they can't ever possibly survive life with the phone off. Having said that the next best way to charge is with the phone on but not in use. When you use the phone while you are charging you are putting extra strain on the battery and it's charge control/monitor circuits. Hope this is helpful.
