ACECAD FLAIR II STOPPED WORKING

Working on my drawing homework for class my Tablet suddenly stop working. didn't move didn't do anything, so thinking it was the batteries i replaced it and still nothing can someone tell me what it could be.
because i tried reformatting, reinstalling, etc.
