Tax Rate Button

My tax button resets itself and when I try to input it back it won't set. How can I fix it so when I calculate my amount with the tax button, it will process the total amount with tax? I have tried the following method: 1. TURN KEY PGM 2. PRESS 3 AND SUBTOTAL 3. PRESS 0125, 0225, OR 0325 AND SUBTOTAL (0125 FOR TAX TABLE ONE, 0225 FOR TAX TABLE TWO, 0325 FOR TAX TABLE THREE) 4. PRESS TAX% (8.25% IS 825) AND CA/AMT TEND 5. PRESS 5002 AND CA/AMT TEND 6. PRESS SUBTOTAL and it still doesn't work. Any solutions to this? Thanks!
