Question about Golf

Open Question

Clubcar golf cart front end

The front suspension has a loud poping every time I make a tight turn when slow start. The front suspension sounds as it is breaking, or one of the joints in loose or broken. Any ideas?

Is there some reason that the front end of my Club Car golf cart sounds as if it is falling apart when I make a turn. Sounds as if the suspension is loose, but I see no apparent evidence?

SOURCE: grinding or poping sounds when making slow tight corners

Could be ball joints are bad. But if its a 4x4 the cv joint half (axle shaft) is bad.

Also if it happens while making turns left or right into a driveway (knocking type noise , look at the sealed wheel bearings. I had this ande water waqs getting into the bearing through the dust cap

Sorry, I can't find a free 1987 version. The first link is a way to directly order from Club Car. No way for me to know for sure but you might take a look for similarities in the following: http://www.clubcar.com/content/dam/cc-corp/documents/pdf/pdf/ownersmanuals/DS-Manuals/1014409%201287B00000.pdf

Troubleshooting gad pedal on electric clubcar

Not sure exactly what you mean. A model number will help so I might look at wiring diagram. Is the pedal a variable speed or maybe about 4 different set speeds? The model number will tell me. First thing to check is the battery terminals for good connection with cables and and make sure cables are clean.

Hi,
Are you able to tell me where the loud banging sound is coming from?
Also when this bang happens does the car react in anyway?
Let me know and we can try to get a solution sorted for you.
Thanks
