At the extreme top left of the brew group, above the last filter (mentioned in another response), there is a spring loaded tip that I assume is pushed open by the pressure of the brewed coffee, before the coffee streams to the dispenser nozzles. When I dis-assembled this (2 philips screws) the tip seemed very sticky (slightly jammed?). I pushed the ip several times against a hard surface and freed it up. Re-assembled everything (plus cleaned the last fliter). Works fine again.

SOURCE: Hi, I have the Saeco Primea
Need to prime the machine. The new water filter is causing the air lock in the system.Remove the filter and startup the machine it should prime by itself, when it's ready, fit the filter back and press hot water until the water flows steady. Hope it helps.

If you use cold milk, I don't think it has enough heating power to make it hot enough. What I find works best is using long life milk from a carton which is room temperature, or making the milk room temperature warm in the microwave first before pouring into the milk containter
