Laptop shuts down

From the little amount of information you have given, it could be several things.

One common issue is overheating.
-Blocked fan intake/exhaust holes
-Dust blanket between the cpu heatsink and exhaust fan.

Get the air duster and blow out all around any holes, This is a temporary fix to get you going for a few weeks or more, if overheating is your problem.

Thanks.

Check event viewer for errors and warnings. Plus monitor performance in task manager, especially for 100% CPU usage.

Best practice is to utilize HP Insight Manager for possible hardware problems.

If the computer is not reaching the BIOS screen one of the components is most likely faulty. I strongly suspect that it is either the Motherboard or the CPU. If you have made sure the CPU is seated correctly you may need to try alternate motherboards or try the CPU in an alternate computer/Visa-Versa. Hope this helps you troubleshoot and good luck.

Print screen will not work on my EZ-8000 Smart Office Keyboard

Unfortunately on almost all new keyboards the print screen will not just print out a page of text. What print screen does now is that if you press the print screen button an image of what you are seeing will be copied to the clipboard so that you can just go into any program and click paste and you will get the monitor display that was visible. I hope this helps.

you change password on bios or Windows Operation System.

On bios you can, reset password if have skill to open notebook case.
the fowing steps may help you.

Power OFF and battery out.

1st: look for keyboard lock plastics, normaly on top keyboard. take this out , carfully, dont break-it.
2nd: normaly has small screws on top/bottom of keyboard, also take-it out.
3rd: keyboard out carfully, look for small plastics/connectors and cables (very fragile)
4rd: look for small battery inside, normaly nearby CPU or VGA Chip, take-it out .
wait 1min and put all it back again, carfully.
And test for bios passw (you must configure again date and time).

On windows you must boot computer and press F8, while booting before appear 1st win image.

then chose safe mode, and enter as adminstrator user name and password (default none), then go to control panel and choose users icon and configures the users you need .
