People can't seem to find "ratings" button for free help
I'm almost to 30 questions answered and several people have told me how helpful I was (likely because I've started asking people to rate me if the info is helpful)... but the site says "not rated" & locked....It's as though people can't find the ratings button. Here's an example:
At the end of my advice I wrote, "P.S. If this was helpful, PLEASE PLEASE give me a "fixya" rating!! Thanks!"
and he/she replied with, "Fixya" rating.....1,000 % thanks for your help with item, GREAT JOB.................................!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
(but didn't actually click to rate me!!)
It's like the person had no idea what I was talking about!!!
Anyways, one of the reasons I'm posting here is so I can see what they on their screen regarding choosing a rating...(and also to see if anybody else can help)...

Good Idea, and I find it adviseable to end in a please rate me only though, that way they are not going to just type back what you want to "hear". For example in this comment I hope this is A fixyarating will you please click a rate for me in the rate menu.ei....
