Doesn't have a CJB , has SJB - smart junction box . Computer with fuse box in one .
Removal
NOTE: Prior to removal of the SJB, it is necessary to upload module configuration information to a scan tool.
NOTE: The tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) functionality is integral to the SJB.
NOTE: A new SJB module is delivered in manufacturing mode with pre-set DTCs. These DTCs require that the TPMS sensor training procedure be carried out in order for the DTCs to be cleared. The pre-set DTCs are as follows:
  • B2868 - Left Front Tire Pressure Sensor Fault
  • B2869 - Right Front Tire Pressure Sensor Fault
  • B2870 - Right Rear Tire Pressure Sensor Fault

  • C2780 - ECU in Manufacturer Sub-State
  1. Upload the module configuration information from the SJB. For additional information, refer to Section 418-01 .

  1. Remove the transmission selector lever bezel from the floor console finish panel.
  1. Apply the parking brake.

How do I fix catalytic converter fault and antipollution fault?


You must run tests to determine if the converter is bad, or if you have some other issue. Use a vacuum gauge to determine if exhaust is restricted.

ETS light and engine light on somtimes


The ETS if for your Traction Control System. The Engine light is for your Powertrain Control system. Sometimes, a fault in one system can cause BOTH lights to come on or there could be separate faults in each system. The only way to find out is to scan your onboard computer network for fault codes. You must access BOTH the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) and the Electronic Brake Control Module (EBCM) to gather information from each of these systems to locate the cause of the lights illuminating. Once fault codes are retrieved, then the appropriate service procedure must be determined to pinpoint the actual CAUSE of the problem.

PLEASE NOTE: This cannot be performed by using a generic OBD code reader (including those that many of the parts stores use as sales tools to sell you a bunch of parts you don't need).

Left front Tire Pressure Low Warning , Tire Pressure Good Scroll Though Menu and Indication on Dash reads 1 psi is it the wheel sensor or does the sysytem have a nother fault or require recalibrated


Have you rotated tire positions? Anyway, if all tires seem to be physically stable, give it a few more runs and another mileage. The 1 psi reading should increase and improve significantly. If not, it is best to have your tires recalibrated, from there you can easily determine if that sensor is at fault or not.

Engine light with wrench and tire came on


{: ) An engine light with wrench indicate a fault in the engine and requires immediate servicing. You should have your vehicle scanned to determine the cause. For your tire light, check first all your tires for proper specifications and recommended pressures. If tires are okay, then they may need to be relearned by a scan tool. I hope the trouble doesn't reach your tire sensors or module. Goodluck.

Tire sensor fault on our 2006 Ford Explorer after new tires


2006 Ford Truck Explorer
NOTE: The tire pressure sensor training prcedure must be done in an area without radio frequency (RF) noise. RF noise is generated by electrical motor and appliance operation, cell phones, and remote transmitters.

1. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position
2. Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position three times, ending in the RUN position. Do not wait more than two minutes between each key cycle.
3. Press and release the brake pedal
4. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.

Sequence:
1- Left Front Tire
2- Right Front Tire
3- Right Rear Tire
4- Left Rear Tire


5. Turn the ignition switch from the OFF position to the RUN position three times, ending in the RUN position. Do not wait for more than two minutes between each key cycle.
6. The horn will sound once and the TPMS indicator will flash if train mode has been entered successfully. If equipped, the message center displays "TRAIN LEFT FRONT TIRE." Place the magnet on the valve stem of the LF tire pressure sensor. The horn will sound briefly to indicate that the tire pressure sensor has been recognized by the TPMS module.
7.Within two minutes after the horn sounds, place the magnet on the valve stem of the RF tire pressure sensor. NOTE: If the TPMS module does not recognize any one of the four tire pressure sensors during the tire training procedure, the horn will sound twice and the message center (if equipped) will display "TIRE TRAINING MODE INCOMPLETE." If this occurs, the entire procedure must be repeated from Step 1.
8. Repeat Step 7 for the RR and LR tires. When the tire training procedure is complete, the horn will sound once and the message center (if equipped) will display TIRE TRAINING MODE COMPLETE.

This should help. For now, probably all Fords are like this. And I do not believe that Ford puts sensors in their spares (some GMs do).
