1Enter your garage with your remote, and press and release the "Smart" button on the side of your garage motor unit. This button is located near the antenna wire and light lens.
2Wait for the LED light on the motor to start flashing, and press and hold the button you would like to program on your remote opener.
3Hold the button for up to 30 seconds until the main light on the motor unit flashes twice.
4Release the button on your remote and wait 30 seconds for the LED light to stop flashing, which indicates the end of the programming sequence.

the remote can use only 1 button to open and close if programmed right
open the lid of the seers control box and press the program button then use a different button on the remote to open and close
It would appear that the seers unit is also made by chamberlain
I bought a new keypad and 2 VISOR remote (30498). As to programming garage door opener, I did like here: programming garage door opener
- it tooks me 20 minutes and works great
First make sure there is a new battery in the remote. Then press and release the colored learn button on the motor head. Then press the button on the remote. The light bulb should flash to let you know the code has been received. If the remote does not work after this either the remote or the logic board in the motor unit needs replaced. Thanks BB
This remote is compatible with your power lift. It should of come with a manual on how to program it as well. Each opener has a different sequence to program it so I can't just give a general answer. On a chamberlain powerlift look for the color of the button while programming it. If you need a copy of this manual you can get one at chamberlain.com. Thanks BB
Thanks for using fixya. The clicker manual does not list this as a device it is compatible with. I would not think it would as a regular security plus remote or 315 remotes do not. I would buy a passport remote. You can find these at chamberlain.com. Thanks BB
This remote is compatible with your opener. It should of come with a

There should be a green button on the back of the motor unit, press it for 2 seconds and then hold down your remote button until the light flashs. or for 3-5 seconds and then activate the remote. that might solve your problem
The Learn Button is in a Silver little metal box that is in the opener housing but separate from the opener itself, pry off the case which kinda wraps around the reciever, it will say liftmaster of chamberlain the learn button will be in the reciever
the chamberlin remote only work with a chamberlin reciever, if you have this it will be a silver box that looks like diamond plate material inside you operator, take of the front cover on this box and you will see a black button that says program push and hold this button down then push your remote button down while holding it close to the box you will see a yellow led flash and then it is set. if you only have a single button remote you will only be able to set it to one operator.
