You need to have the iPhone unlocked before you can use it with your service provider. email me at firstname.lastname@example.org I can go over detail and cost with you. Once it is unlocked, you be able to use it anywhere in the world. Right now its locked to probably Australia Vodafone.

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

another way to restore it would be to turn the device off, then hold down the power button and plug it into your cpu still holding the home button and it should show up in itunes

hi thanks for using fixya!
On this kind of error, I suggest you should bring your Nokia E65 to a Nokia Care Center in your area to further check the software error.
If you need further assistance, let me know. Please rate me! thanks!
