Ok, there is an electric thermal fuse located on the back of the control panel inside the top part of the door. you will have to disassemble the top part of the door to get to this fuse. its integrated into the control board. replacing this fuse with give the element power once more. if the element doesn't work after you replace this fuse, its because the element itself is damaged and will need to be replaced.
