You will see vents near the head of the grinder. Make sure your hands are not blocking when in use. Also another thing I like to do with my grinders is removed the head cover (gear box) and replace the lube with a good grade of grease. I suspect if you open yours it will look like an orange wax substance. Clean and re-lube. They do run on the warm side.

Try running a cleaner disc in the unit if that doesnt work try the following.
Starting at my computer... Right click on my computer icon.
Go to properties.
Then Hardware tab then go device manager. Right click on cdrom in device list. Select uninstall then reboot the computer. If this doesn't help replacing the unit will be necessary.
The replacement screens for the k-jam are not cheap. I found an online price of $130. I'm not sure how much it would be in Pakistan. You'd have to add in the cost of the technician repair as well. Best of luck.
