Select menu >phone book -contacts> take options and scroll down to speed dial >select number from the phone book to be assigned from the speed dial as it will assign automatically from 2 to 9 or as you want to select and asssign

we are using nec ip2ap-12txd tel2(wh), incoming voice is very low can u suggest how to increase the volume
