You can remove or change the Window's User or administrator's password. You need access to a computer with Internet access to download the Hiren's Boot CD and burn it onto a CD. Then insert this CD into the laptop/computer and boot up the laptop/computer with the Hiren's CD and follow the instructions. There are very useful utilities CD and it a Linux boot CD which contains quite a lot of Utility programs including a password removal program. whatever webcam you have first connect it with the computer then insert the installation cd and install the drivers when its done take the cd out and restart your computer and its done
So. First you need to install the drivers for your webcam. These are on a CD that came with the Webcam. You have to insert the CD and run the setup application. That one should install all the drivers needed. After that you connect to skype, add friends and that's that. This happens due to viruses. They delete the NTLDR file.
Do you have the original XP CD? Then insert it and boot from the CD. (If it doesn't boot from the CD, tell us and we will explain how to set it in BIOS).
After a while it will ask you whether to Setup XP (Enter) or Repair an existing Windows installation (R). Press Enter here (Don't worry, I know what I am talking about).
Press F8 to accept the Licence Agreement.

It will tell you you have an existing Windows installation in <C:> drive. It will ask whether to install a fresh copy (Esc, as I remember) or Repair (R). Press R.
Let the setup run. After a while you may need to enter the key.
After few minutes, your computer will be ready, with all your files, fonts and software intact!
Check if the CD is inserted or not if inserted take it out and reboot and if it still occurs go to the boot menu and in boot priorty set HDD first and save and restart.
You will need to download, and install Windows Media Player...
After you get it installed, and running, then insert your CD into your CD player.
Windows Media Player will recognize the CD and ask you what you want to do.
You will click on the tap "Rip CD to Library" the CD into Media Player and then you will plug your MP3 player in and it will recognize the player and then you can add songs to it from the CD that you just ripped.

You need to install webcam drivers. Look for cd witch came with the webcam. Insert the cd, follow instructions to install webcam drivers. If you dont have cd, post webcam make and model, i'll post the driver download link.
