I need Help!!!!! (by 3 users)

My burner (QUE! USB2) won't work at all on my MAC. I'm not sure if it has plug and play features or not? Do i need drivers and if so where can i get them for QUE! USB2?

I've had this c.d. burner for about 4 or 5 years now, and my G4 desktop just stopped "Recognizing" the device. I'm not at all sure what happened??? Help me Erika.

have you tried the manufactures webpage for your burner for the mac and is you mac got usb 2.0 inabled or is it only usb1.0 only if it is only got usb 1 then get yourself a usb 2 add on card then you may be able use usb 2 devices on the mac.
