Jamed Printer I have a hp officejet 5510 all in one printer and a piece of 4 by 6 paper got jamed in the printer i can see the piece of paper but i can not get it out. How do i get it out?? Please Help!!!

There's a small piece of paper on the sensor. 4 in 1 Cleaning Paper for Laser Ink Jet Printers 12 Pack Perfect Data PD... You need paper path cleaning sheets like tho ones here. That should clear the jammed condition.

Try and see if you can locate a small piece of paper that might be causing your printer to jam. Turn the rollers and see if you can see any small pieces of paper stuck in between the rollers.

check if there is any piece of paper is jamed inside your printer i think that is why your printer always says paper jam

This may work for you, it has worked for many here I given this advice so gave it a try it could work for you. Generally when this happens, something has fallen into the printer, or a piece of paper has been jammed in there.

First step, remove the ink cartridge, and turn the printer upside down and gently shake it, see if anything comes out.

If nothing goes, or you can't hear anything rattling around, get a piece of cardstock paper (60lb or heavier) and gently push this through the printer, to see if it will help push out what might be stuck in there.
And gave the rode that the ink slides on a good clean and maybe a bit oil on cloth and wipe the rod with it.

It sounds like the paper sensor in the paper try is broken or jamed. Remove the paper tray and locate the paper sensor. Check if it is jamed in the up position or if it is broken.

It sounds like I would check in the printer properties for this printer and under the "color" tab see if "print in grayscale" is checked. If you have tried multiple color print carts and still no color, it would have to be a setting issue. What if you print a test page from the printer screen it self? Go to the menu on the printer, and either select to print a self test page, or also try to copy a color document...this would help to eliminate the printer or the computer as the problem...
