SOURCE: How do i scan on HP LaserJet M3035 MFP from

Assuming your scanner is installed already, what you need to do is log into Windows Photo Gallery (Vista) and click on FILE at the top left. When the drop down bar engages, you should look for IMPORT FROM CAMERA OR SCANNER and click it. Then a new window will open up and you'll have to pick your device (HP Laserjet M3035). At this point check your settings, and make sure your scan is ready, then click on either PREVIEW or SCAN. Then when it is done scanning, you will have to go to the folder you saved it in to view it. (Xp Similar)

Hope this helps.

Try replacing the toner if you have another one, even old one should be ok to test, if not the look at the toner drum and see if there is any marks on it.

HP Laserjet m5035 blue line when colour scanning to email

Try checking for debris or other on the ADF itself and below on the prism. The ADF cover glass could be spotless, but if there is a speck on the prism itself, this could cause the actual prism to send a line while scanning.

Check to see if not only the ADF is spotless, but the prism below it. If there is something stuck there you could see it.

It is copying black lines on the documents when it is sent through the top feeder but not if it is copied on the glass

The printers problem is that there is dirt or dust on the ADF glass. Lift the top cover as if you are going to copy using the flat bed glass. Look to the left of the large glass, you will see a thin glass strip. Clean it, damp lint free cloth. You should be back in business.

HP M3035 ADF has two black plastic pieces that interact with the roller gear assembly. One black piece has a cutout that fits around the blue button that you press to release the roller gear assembly and...

Unfortunately for this model the ADF section isn't broken down into it's individual components,
the part numbers available for the ADF are as follows: (direct from the Service Manual)

Control Panel
CB414-60101

Cover, ADF
CB414-67902

ADF feed roller kit
CB414-67904

Input tray, ADF
CB414-67903

ADF assembly
CB414-67916

Scanner assembly (ADF assembly is not included)
CB414-67905

However your best bet would be to call around to all of your local printer repair shops in your area and asking them if they have any of these M3035's sitting around for spare parts.
Otherwise I could try to find a good picture of the ADF Feed roller kit and see if it contains the parts you're looking for.

Hope this helps! If so please don't forget to leave a positive review for me. :)

HP 3035 MFP keeps coming up with a "Jam in document feeder " error message. The offending material has been removed from the ADF and yet the error message will not go away. The device has...

The most common cause for this is a jammed paper sensor flag under the top cover of the ADF where the paper is fed. ( small black plastic protrusion )that should should be positioned at the front of its little slot. I think there are 2 sensors so check that they are functioning properly ( that they move from right to left & then spring back )

Have a Phaser 6110 MFP. When I scan a page using the ADF I get 3 color lines running vertically down the image. If I don't use the ADF, the page scans without the lines. What could be causing this?

There are some small spots on the "seal" glass. It is the 3/4 inch wide strip under the scanner, not the main glass. Clean that strip well, I suggest taking some rubbing alcohol and just a regular piece of paper, crumpled up. Use that to clean that strip vigorously.
That will take care of it.

Hp LJ 4345 mfp vertical line down printed copies

Dirt.
Open the ADF, the top of the scanner/copier.
The ADF glass is the thin strip of glass on the left. Damp cloth with windex or any glass cleaner. Scrub the strip of glass.
