It's very simple. just take out the insole from the sneaker, then put some talcum powder in the sneaker, then put the insole back. this will eliminate the squeaking.

the problem is that sweat gets between the insole and the inside surface. the friction between the two is the cause of the squeaking.

My new precore has a squeaky noise when i an on it what can i do to get rid of it. can i use wd40 on the wheels?

No please do not. If the wheels are noisy, they need to be replaced. If something else is noisy, it needs to be addressed - spraying things with lube rarely fixes anything, and can cause more damage.

Professional help, on best volleyball shoes?Does anyone who play volleyball know what would be the best volleyball shoes. I really want new shoes that will be comfortable and not hurt my feet.

I've owned Mizunos and Adidas sneakers, each with the name brand's intended volleyball sneaker. I do not know which models specifically I used. Each pair of these volleyball specific shoes retails for close to $100. My other sneakers I have purchased for volleyball were an array of cross training sneakers. Nike, Reebok, and Adidas. In my experience, the volleyball specific sneakers were less comfortable than a pair of cheap cross-training sneakers. My recommendation is that you go to your local Sears / JCPenney / Foot Locker, or Sports Authority, and check out any cross-training sneaker on sale or clearance.

My machine still works but it is making a very loud noise like a duck getting strangles and it wont spin properly

Check the following:
  1. Idler pulley It keeps the tension on the main drive belt and when it is worn, it can be squeaky and noisy. Replace then.
  2. Glides Attached to the front bulkhead of the clothes drum for support. When worn, it can be noisy and squeaky.. Replace then.
  3. Rollers or wheels They support the clothes drum. When they are are worn, you should replace the whole set of rollers at the same time.
  4. Blower wheel It pulls air over the heat source through the clothes drum past the thermostats, then pushes it out the exhaust duct. It may wear out over time. If it is noisy, it may be clogged with lint. Clean the blower and test to see if the dryer is still noisy. If it is, you need to replace it.
