i lovked my enV and i cant figure out the password it is not the

i locked my env and i dont know the password its not the defult how do i fix it?

Solutions (1)

Take the device to your nearest carrier for a "hard reset". This will set the handset back to factor defaults, but will allow you to USE the phone again. Sorry. Thanks.
