Question about Clarion (DB165) CD Player

CLOCK I can not get the time set on my cd player. Everything else I have set except for that. Can you tell me how to set the time?

TO SET THE CLOCK 1. PRESS AND HOLD THE[D] BUTTON FOR 1 SECOND OR LONGER TO SWITCH TO THE ADJUSMENT SELECTION DISPLAY. 2. PRESS THE previuos track button or the next track button to select "ClOCK " 3. PRESS THE PLAY PAUSE BUTTON. 4. PRESS THE PRIVIOUS TRACK OR NEXT TRACK BUTTON TO SELECT THE HOUR OR THE MINUTE. 6. PRESS THE PLAY PAUSE BUTTON TO STORE THE TIME INTO THE MEMORY 7. PRESS THE [D] BUTTON TO RETURN TO THE PREVIOUS MODE.

Check the voltage at the terminals of the sled motor. If it is found OK, replace the sled motor. Sled motor do spins the disc inside for any CD players. See the picture of its position.3_1_2012_3_05_08_pm.jpg

I have a Pioneer radio/model DEH-11E. Please tell me how to set the clock


For most Pioneer single CD players, you can set the clock using the following steps:


  1. Press and hold the SOURCE button until the unit shuts off.
  2. Press and hold SOURCE again until the clock appears.
  3. Press the left or right arrow to select the segment of time you wish to adjust.
  4. Press the up or down arrows to increase or decrease the numbers in the blinking segment.
  5. Once the clock is set correctly, press the SOURCE button to exit.

Sony ICF-CDK50 (under counter kitchen clock radio) just installed, everything works fine except for sporadic intermittent beeping (3 to 5 beeps). Instructions give no clue as to cause or solution.


sorry, I can't shed much light on this problem, but it appears to have been fixed. We played around with setting the time, although it didn't need fixing and with the timer.

Cannot set the time, need manual for our RCA RS2620 system


hold in the "clock" button until the hour flashes
use the forward & back buttons for the cd player to set the hour. (located just to the right of the equalizer" button)
once the hour is set, press the "clock" button until minutes are flashing.
use the forward & back buttons for the cd player to set the minute.
once done, press the "prog.set" button below the forward & back buttons

How Can I change Time In my CD Player


Go into settings in from the menu button. using the fowrad and backward keys find the clock setting. The hours should be blinking on the clock. change using the scroll and press the scroll to change to minures. just press menu to return to the menu then go to return. Problem solved.
