My problem is I unfortunately am running Windows Vista. Is there a specific D/L that I can get so that I may use my player.
I D/L Windows Media Player 10 but didn't find out until after it was done that it only operates on Windows XP. Is there one that works with Vista(Please)
Windows Vista includes MediaPlayer 11. Upon plugging the GPX into the USB it should give you the "AutoPlay" dialog box and you would click on "Play Audio Files" with "Windows Media Player". If you have Vista Basic, you may be out of luck. I have also had success using the Windows explorer and treating the player like a flash drive by dragging the MP3 files onto the player's icon.

Unfortunately there is no vista software available for your mp3 player.
If you are looking a way to transfer music to your player then you can use the Windows media player 11 which is available in vista operating PC.
You can open windows media player 11 and click on SYNC>click on search devices and make sure your player is connected to the pc.It will search for your player and then you will be able to transfer music by just doing a simple drag and drop.I mean dragging the music from the wmp11 library list to the right side of the SYNC.
Check this link for troubleshooting for the MW3337;
Most of the issues depend on which operating system and which version of media player you are using. post back with that info if you have problems yourself, I think something on that page should explain and hopefully solve your problem;
You can also contact GPX from this link;
Hope this helps :)
u hav to get windows media player 10 or 11 then when ur on that go to sync put the songs u want in the list o the side
u hav to hook ur mp3 player up to the commputer first then the sync button shuld be able to be press after u press it let the songs get downloaded
If you plug in the mp3 player then goto device manger via the control panel (hardware and sound) it will show up there as an uninstalled item. Righ click on it and select update driver and hopefully vista will search and find the apropiate driver for it.
Alternatively try the manufactures website for vista drivers.
Unfortunately not all hardware products are vista compatable yet :(
