Question about Sylvania Televison & Video
I have turned the t.v. on and off repeatedly and tried to reset it to factory settings. None of that has worked. I saw an earlier post about using a remote control but the remote I am using didn't have the functions on it that were being described.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

I have a ILO 27" TV Comcast had no suggestions for programming their remote. I went thru the ENTIRE code book and finally came up with one that worked: Emerson Code #0463 for my COMCAST universal remote.

I had the same problem, after reading the forums and playing around for a while I cracked it. It was to do with the output from the DVD player, in the DVD player setup I changed the output from RGB to s-video and bingo! Hope that helps
