a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Open the door insert key in ignition. turn to on
Now hold down the red button which should be flashing, untill silent
this will deactivate the alarm.

SOURCE: Password Deactivation
ok so i finaly figured it out. if you have the asus Eee pc 4g. and you have never modified the OS (operating system). boot your system, and while booting press F9 . until you get to a screen which gives you three options, 1 - Normal boot, 2 - perform disk scan, 3 - restore factory settings. If you then wish to remove your password, select the restore factory settings. Then follow the instructions. I fixed it , and what it should do is basicly clean all your personalized stuff (like password). :) (And also i thought i needed the recovery dvd, but i did not need it) super happy today :)

Press and hold the # button until it tells you its on normal mode. If this still doesnt work go into settings, profile settings, then i think it will be general and change the ring/message tone as it must be on off..if that makes sense. hope i helped.

SOURCE: my account someone deactivated
Hey there, even i had the same problem. When I got my account back everything was intact. Be sure to write every address that facebook provides you with, email@example.com was the one who wrote me back. Good luck... I know it's really frustrating but you have to be really persistant with letters. And be sure to ask them why your account was ... was it disabled? did you receive any warnings?

Followed your recommendation of holding the valet (red) button for 6 seconds. It deactivated the alarm system and I was able to start the vehicle. This solution saved me from buying another key from the dealership (139$) and a programming charge of (100$). And not to mention the time saved from towing the vehicle to the dealership. I can't thank you enough for time and money saved with this valuable service. Will be signing up with your service when I get back from Orlando.
