Goto Office button-> Print-> properties-> Change paper size to A4

If the printer starts to print and stop in the middle check the eletricity of your place, this may have a variation. If the printer prints a half page and give you the paper, with no jam, check the cartridges and then the main board.

I had been experiencing this problem intermittently for some time, so I finally got a hold of HP support and with the second support technician, I did get a solution that worked for the document I was printing at the time. When Printing, click Printing Preferences, click the Advanced tab, under the Printer Features section, set Minimize margins to On. Per the technician, 'The printable area of the product increases (bottom margin 12 mm to 3 mm), so that printing closer to the edge of the paper.'

Also, he recommended using the printer's Print Preview option under same the Printer Preferences window. When I did, I did in fact see the document's bottom paper being 'cutoff' with the old settings (i.e., Minimize margins Off), with it On, it look okay.
