Brother DCP 130C not printing magenta and yellow (by 3 users)

Im having problem with my printer, it does print but only black and blue I don't know what happened it just stop printing the 2 colors yellow and magenta, I've cleaned a dozen of times already but still its not printing... please help me with these problem,

Same problem not printing magenta.Other inks OK.
Cleaned heads , no difference.

i have the same problem. the color magenta are not printing. how can i clean the print head of the printer?

WizPerhaps your colour ink levels are low, but only the yellow and magenta. Filling your own cartridges lets you just fill the colours that are low or out. Do you fill your own? If not you may have to replace colour one. Just to be sure, manually clean the printheads and the cartridge heads with solution and cotton buds (q tips). If it still does same, print test pattern to check it is definitely the same issue, and replace colour ink or refill.

If you are referring to Brother DPC130c it is printer head problem because the cartridges of this printer are separate from its head so definitely it's the head of the printer.
