The ITC222 chassis actually has two different boards that are related to the power supply.
(1) Main power filter board #MIS222E0000.00
(2) Power supply #PP222E0000.37
The first board is a small board where the power cord enters. The second board is the large board that the small board plugs into.

Most likely bad solder connections around the flyback area of the circuit board, that model is famous for bad solder around the flyback and bad flybacks them selves. But if the led doesnt flash 3 times then go out, its most likely a solder issue.

If you need a tube replacement, your best bet is to get a used one from ebay. You need to verify the numbers on the side of the tube. Note: this is a very hazardous part to be handling. If you do not have an electronics background I strongly suggest you not attempt to replace, then re-align the tv.
