try resetting the shreddar, unplugging it waiting for about 20 seconds and then plugging back in. Check to make sure there is no paper or paper clips stuck in the shreddar, make sure the unit is properly mounted on bin, the overheat light isn't on is it? if none of this helps and you have a warranty on your shreddar now would be a good time ot call them as you might have a hardware problem.

If the blades rotate then the paper should go in...just be sure the blades are turning in the forward direction and not in reverse.Also make sure you lubricate the blades with shredder oil.

Remove the waste bin from the front and empty.
If you have it jammed so full the bin wont come out I have heard people say that they got the bin out when they turned the machine upside-down....be aware this might make a mess.

Try giving the EYES in the middle where you insert the paper a clean...if that dosnt work you may have lost the pcb inside ...give Royal a call at 1-800-524-0799 for parts assistance.
