Question about Samsung HL-R5677W 56" HDTV
Tv has horizontal white lines all over screen about 2 inches apart. the lines are sharp and bright any idea why this problem ? and may be a fixing solution/ thanks in advance for your advice
White lines evenly spaced, across the screen is normally caused by the DMD. When replacing the DMD, the light engine must be pulled from the set. After the DMD is replaced and the light engine is returned, a mechanical alignment must be done and then the technician pulls up the service menu and aligns the Index Delay and SP actuator. Hope this helped.
