Question about Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64BIT Operating System Software OEM DVD
I deleted the admin user account I was using on my laptop instead of changing name, but I did save all contents of account in a folder on the desktop per the prompt befor delete. How can I put all the contents of the folder back into my account. I can click the folder and music, pics, etc.. are there, but i cannot open word, excel, etc.. Can you please help me??
Have you tried dragging the files to your desktop and try opening them that way? if not open up your word or excel program and locate the file by using file and open.. also I would drag and place pictures to a new location other then the files folder that it was saved on.

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Nothing you have to delete. Just select the folders and right click to it, select cut option and paste to the another hard disk partition.

Sounds like something viral to me. If you are able to connect to the Internet I would suggest downloading and running a tool called combofix. Information on how to use it and links to download are here. I've used this on several XP systems to get rid of some nasty stuff, but never had to try it on Vista yet. If the trouble is not from a virus but just because something else has thoroughly screwed up the registry, you might have to restore your system.
