Microsoft will not phone you, they don't know your phone number or your address. There are no major software companies or PC manufacturers that will phone you, ever.

Hi, Viruses attacks in different ways. If you knew that you already uninstalled the program that has the Virus but it is still there. The virus is still in the computer in a different location. What is does is it replicates the virus that you are removing. The best way that you can do is to save all the important files that you have on the computer to another device like an external hard drive (especially the file you know that is not infected) then If you have a registered antivirus the better. ran a full system scan. If that doesn't detect anything then reformat the computer to remove the virus. Cheers!!

see to it if the CD Rom Drive has been detected..

if Not,,, try to connect again

...back to BIOS SET up

...

if it detect..save it...

then boot the computer until it pop up the windows environment..

double click "my computer " icon

if CD ROM has there..

your computer normally shut down..
