Printing jobs go to the cloud but will not print. Have had this problem for over a year

Setup the printer for wireless printing. Then the devices you want to use with that printer need to have printing programs on them. For a windows or MAC PC, most of the time the software is on the disk that came with the printer. For most phones and tablets you need to download the appropriate app from the App Store and install is, before you try to print wireless. Make sure the devices you want to use to print, are close enoug for the printer, so it can receive the wireless signal.

Wireless printing problems

It is due directly to the strength of your connection. It must receive all components (packets) of the communication in order to print. IF NOT then it wont print. You need a stronger signal or wire your printer directly to the computer. Good Luck!

Cannot get a wireless connection

Wireless communication issues could be due to wireless signal quality, signal interference, firewall, etc. Make sure your printer is positioned where it receives excellent wireless signal strength (avoid physical obstructions whenever possible) and away from appliances which emit wireless signals (e.g. microwave ovens, cordless telephones, baby monitors, and other wireless electronics) that may cause interference. Make sure to allow full access to all Lexmark software and printer communication processes in the program rules/permissions for your firewall.

My printer is not receiving a signal for the wireless yet I haven't changed anything and it was working yesterday. Can you help?

If your Printer is turn on, please turn it off. Wait a few minutes and then turn it on again.

Verify that your Wireless button is pressed and is broadcasting on the printer.

Go to your computer and check to see if you can see your printer in the wireless devices section.

If so, try to connect. And then try to print something.

If that does not work, uninstall the printer from your computer. Reinstall it. It should automatically find the broadcasting wireless signal, and connect.

I can receive faxes but cannot send them

Is it possible that the RECEIVING FAX-unit caused the "not sent" message? It could be out of paper, and thus would be unable to print the FAX, after receiving it. So, it would signal "not sent", meaning that "not successfully received and printed".

Yelllow wont print,...changed cartage cleaned

If after cleaning the print head and changing the cartridge yellow still doesn't print, it sounds like there may be a problem with the print head or the board that controls the print head. The print head may not be receiving the signal to turn on. Check the circuit boards on the machine for obvious damage or a burn smell. Depending on the model printer it may be cheaper to replace the printer than to have the board or print head replaced.

Can't get my wireless printer to receive a signal from the router

I would take that printer back. I do not know which store you bought it from, but from my troubleshooting experience rule out that it is in fact not the printer. Another one taken through the same paces will tell you that. Then you know that it is something outside that printer or some question or parameter not answered right during the installation process. Good luck and God bless.
