I'm not sure but there should be a fuse that's in the circuit. Because I doubt everyone of the door lock actuators aren't working. They are usually located at bottom of door toward rear of door with big rivet holding them in. I'd check owners manual for fuse or relays locations & check those first. Hope this helps at least the tips anyway

Auto door lock don't work, they click when activated. Also the door ajar light stays on and auto light does not work. F350 super duty 2002 ford

You might need to oil the locks. Our truck does that some times. We just spray some WD40 on the catches and keep clicking them back and forth till it sinks it. As for the ajar light, the sensor inside of the door jam might be damaged. or the switch on the lights is turned on. I did that once.

The system is controlled by a centralized module, you must have that tested as the first step.

2001 ford f350 power door locks not working

Check fuses first, then switches on both doors, if nothing still you will have to pull the door panels and inspect the master lock switch (drivers door) and see if anything is loose or corroded.

How to replace actuator on F350 V0

My right sliding door's lock doesn't function either. I took off the door panel and found that the lock mechanism was broken. Normally I would think this strange, as the lock mech is metal. But since this is a Plymouth product, I some how think it should be normal for something to break off without it ever getting a direct hit. I can only assume that my kids closing the door too hard might have had something to do with this. Anyway, the whole lock mech needs to be replaced, and I haven't even tried to see how much that will cost me. This Van has cost twice in repairs than what I paid new for it. (just kidding, but it sure feels like it). If you have an answer to this query
