Hp 5550 color laser printer display "downld rfu error over parallel port" how can i get a solution? and what is the cause? thanks

RFU = remote firmware upgrade.
Appears like someone tried to upgrade the firmware.
While the firmware was being downloaded, something interrupted the process. For example somebody tried to use the printer, you had a power problem, your internet went down etc, etc.
You are going to have to try the firmware upgrade again.
If you can't get passed the RFU error, you will probably have to get the formatter replaced.

On my rca pm3 player it is stuck on initializing it will not turn off by pressing the turn off button

I have not tried this yet but RCA support sent me this.

I suggest updating the firmware on your player. After upgrading the firmware on your player, you must use the easy rip software. This will avoid problems in the future and keep the unit updated

1. Go to www.audiovox.com
2. Go to FAQ’s in search enter M4204
3. Download firmware upgrade
4. Hold play/pause button for 15 seconds
5. Hold menu button for 10 seconds
6. Attach M4204 via USB cable while holding play/pause button
7. This should start the firmware upgrade
8. Possible an error message of “cant write to disk” will pop up
9. Firmware upgrade will end with error do not close
10. Go to My Computer find the drive that holds the MP3 player
11. Right click scroll down to format, format the player

Firmware Upgrade Failed

Firmware upgrade is a simple but a delicate procedure. Make sure you are loading the correct firmware. You should get your firmware from the website of your router. Installing a THIRD PARTY firmware to your router voids the warranty of your router. Here is a tip for a successful firmware upgrade. BEFORE FIRMWARE UPGRADE(push the reset button of the router for 30 seconds then unplug the power of the router for 10 seconds). Upgrade the firmware. After the upgrade push the reset button again for 30seconds, unplug power for 10 seconds.
