The product key for her CD-ROM drive, silly.
Make sure when you are typing in those numbers and letters that they are in the proper CASE as listed on the product key. (for whatever product it is that you are trying to activate.)
Also, make sure you type in Zero's "0" for zeros and "O"'s for O's.
