Question about JVC HR-XVC19S DVD Player/VCR
Hi, I have a problem. My DVD does not eject the DVD and the word "lock" appears in screen. Nothing about it is in the manual. Thanks.
Hey, this happened to me too. what you have to do is put it in standby mode, then press and hold the eject and stop button on the actual dvd player, the remote wont work doing this. this is how you can unlock and lock the dvds into the dvd player. why this is a feature jvc thought this needed im not exactly sure, but thats how you fix it.

Have the dvd player on, not in standby. Then hold down 'source' for 5 secs on the dvd player, and the message un-lock should appear, then your away!
