66-10 to clear image memory. This happends if you get a garbled fax from interference or noise. You should get a power filter with fax and network ports if it keeps happening.

Setting 05: TRANSACTION REPORT PRINT SELECTION
This sets the condition for printing out a Transaction Report. Enter a number
from 1 to 5 as follows:
1 (ERROR/TIMER MEMORY): A report will be printed after an error, timer
operation, or memory operation.
2 (SEND ONLY) A report will be printed only after a transmission
3 (ALWAYS PRINTS) A report will be printed after each
transmission, reception, or error
4 (NEVER PRINTS) A report will never be printed.
5 (ERROR ONLY) A report will be printed only after an error occurs

Turn the power off, hold down the "Start" and "Stop" buttons simultaneously while powering the machine on. It will ask you to confirm the memory clear.

Don't do it, it will make your machine extremely unreliable.

Usually, you can just leave the thing unplugged- from the power supply- for a while and clear its memory. There may also be a reset button on the machine, look for it near where the ports/connectors are, and hold it down- most devices will flash a light or beep if the reset is done properly.
