Breakfast should be light and full of nutrients so that you will be full with energy whole day.
Some of the best and quick dishes for a healthy breakfast are:
1. Cereals, Banana, Chia seed toast.
2. Berry and yogurt.
3. Oatmeal with an egg.
4. Tomato toast with macadamia ricotta.
5. Avocado toast with an egg.
6. Chocolate quinoa, etc.

I think all processed foods are not your best choice. Many nutrients and all enzymes have been stripped to give it a looong shelf life. Plus the added sugars drain your system and do not nourish. I would go for whole grain products like rolled oats and buckwheat and cook them yourself. If you are pressed for time in the morning, these can be set up the night before to soak, then just heated quickly in the morning. Add dry fruits, nuts, cinnamon and vanilla for extra yum. You also have total control of how much sweetener, and what kind. Our favorites are a touch of honey or pure maple syrup. These are much heartier and satisfying than a boxed cereal ever can be.
