I can;t find manual and I want to clean my keurig coffee maker

You may be able to find the User Guide for your Keurig machine here:

http://www.keurig.com/customer-service/brewer-registration-and-support/user-guides-and-help

Your brewer should be de-scaled at least every 3-6 months. Scale is harmless, but if left unattended, it can hinder optimal brewer performance. De-scaling your brewer regularly helps maintain the heating element, removable water reservoir and other parts of the brewer that come in contact with water. Better water quality and water heating means a better cup of coffee, tea, hot cocoa or iced beverage. We recommend de-scaling your brewer at least every 6 months (every 3 months if your water has a high mineral content). The de-scaling process involves using 48 ounces of undiluted white vinegar. Full de-scaling insturctions can be found here:

Heating element bursted, don't know if you have to order entire container, couldn't find part or model at Bunn on line.Doesn't look like just element could be put in as some areas would have to be...

The element can be replaced. I have rebuilt several thousand brewers of all types. My favorite brewer is Bunn. If it were me, depending on how old it was, I might just get a new one and chuck the old one because if you send it in to be fixed it will cost as much as a new one. If you do it yourself and you get the element, you should get the tank lid gaskets, and remove all the lime and by the time you get it done (especially if you live in some state like Indiana) and replace the heater element, getting wiring and parts together with no leaks from the fill basin or connecting parts, then removing the sprayhead every morning before brewing to be sure that small bits of lime scale aren't clogging the sprayhead. But that depends on the water used. You may find it will have not been worth your time. Here is the tip of tips...RO filtered water only. That's the ticket. You will get many years of service from your brewer. By the way, you can order the entire tank assembly and just drop it in...at least you could a few years ago. Have fun. Rick in Indiana

De-scale message appeared. Followed instructions in manual. Product not working. Everything smells like vinegar. Now what???

Sorry to read about your issue.

you should have done whats below, it may need to be done twice...last but not least..you have to put more fresh water in to remove the taste

Take 48 oz of white vinegar. place in tank. pretend you are making coffee (Do No Use K Cup). let the water fill you mug. then empty that mug. Do it again until tank is empty. then let sit for 4 hours.
Then fill with fresh water to the top. let that tank of water run thru. towards the end taste the water.
If you taste vinegar..use more clean water, until the taste is ok.

GR-10 Bunn coffeemaker: Heating element is split open. Touching water gave me a shock. Where can I get parts? Are they even available?

I do apologize but the part you are looking for is not available. Please look at the bottom of the brewer for the model and date code. Then contact customer service so that you can be assisted further. The machine carries a 3 year warranty so if it is 3 years old or less it will be replaced at no cost. If it is older than 3 years, it will be replaced at a reduced price.

Bunn blows fuses

This is usually caused by the tray where you pour in the water leaking where it mounts down to the tank. it's probably cracked just enough to allow water to seep out, crossing wires on top of the tank, causing a dead short. There is also a seal that goes between the pour-in tray and the tank that sometimes starts to leak. This tray can be replaced if you can find a used machine that doesn't have the same problem. Before you buy one, though, you should take the top of your brewer off, remove the pour-in tray (careful - they get brittle over time) and look on the top of the tank for signs of water seepage. If there are no signs, then your heating element is most likely blown.

Coffee Brewer comes out warm not hot

look at the top of the coffee maker you'll see two screws and the warmer tray and the cover for adding water. remove the two screws and lift the top off. the warmer has two push on spade terminals. pull the wires off them. below is a tray where the water goes and you'll see a brass bushing. this is screwed into a fitting on the water tank. use a piece of steel as a spanner and unscrew this fitting. don't lose the gasket that's under it. the main wires for the burner element and thermostat are also under this tray. look at the top. there's nine screws that hold the top on the water tank. two white wires go to the tank warmer and two wires go to the tank heater inside. you can try turning up the thermostat setting to a higher range and see what happens. there's a copper pipe that comes from the tank to the sprayhead the tank holds approx three urn fulls of water. if you have an analog meter you can check the element for continuity on the RX1 range. Do the same with the tank warmer element. Bunn-o-matic has a web site you can buy replacement parts or nelson appliance can get you parts too.
