SOURCE: We are getting Error Code
Looks like toner buildup on the corona wire. Turn it off. Wait for 10 seconds and turn it back on, that should cause the device to clean the wire. If that doesn't work, another tech gave this advise:
This SC code relates to the charge corona cleaner not working or not working properly. the charge corona is located towards the bottom left of the machine after opening the front cover. It will have a screw you can undo by hand and a cable with an end like a telephone cable plug. toner may have fallen in to the unit or the motor that drives the cleaner along the wires has decided to jam up. remove the charge corona and blow it out with compressed air. You can also remove the end of the unit and check that the motor is not gummed up. Be very careful you do not break the hair thin corona wires! Hope this helps.

Hope you don't need to call in an on-site tech.

The error is for your 'charge corona cleaner'. It may be bad or is not working properly. You should gain access to it by opening the cover. You should see a screw and a small cable similar to the ones used in telephone cord. Check for dirt or debris that may be present. It could also be a problem with the mechanical parts. See if they are meshing properly. It could also be a problem the motor. You may remove the parts, just take note of the order on how they are removed for further inspection and cleaning.
To clean it out, you may use compressed air to get the dirt out. Be careful with the wires.
