I have LG GT350I phone. My touch Screen is not working. Phone work properly but without touch screen i can't operate any manu. I only able to receive call.

My LG also had same problem, The touch was killing me, but than i changed the screen and it is working properly. Just chanage the screen. I hear Most LG's have this problem.
i was also facing this problem with my LG GS290
but it was in warranty period therefore i took my mobile to lg service center and
they told touch pad is defected therefor they replaced with the new one without any cost
so if you have your mobile in warranty then take mobile to service center.
If your touch screen is not working, there are just 2 major causes of such, either a hardware cause which might be either the phone falling on a hard object or in water which could damage the sensor board and either the screen is malfunctioning and needs to be calibrated.
If you can access the menu of the phone, i will advice you calibrate the screen first before you send it to a repair shop. There is no updates to download for such problem as updating the firmware of the phone would do nothing but change the settings of the phone.
To calibrate the screen, you will have to go to the phones menu, go to settings, then you select the calibrate screen, it will show you some stars to touch and once you touch them properly, then your screen will be able to work effectively.
But if you cannot access the menu because of the touch, then i will advice you send it off for repairs, and what to repair on the phone is the sensor board.
