You can download the device drivers from Dell WEB site, the support download page. Make sure you select your model desktop or laptop, better still, type in the Service Tag number, it is printed on the label on the bottom of the laptop and on the back or sides of a desktop. (If the Service Tag label is missing then go into the BIOS setting and on one of the BIOS pages, the Service Tag number will be displayed). This will open the page where the specific drivers for your model computer are located. Also make sure you select the Windows of the drivers for your Windows operating system. Click on this link to download the drivers: -

I cant find out tat driver of thisd model

You can scan the computer with a program called Unknown Device Identifier -->

http://www.zhangduo.com/udi.html (scroll to the bottom.. theres a link that says 'Download Now')

It will be an application, it does not require installation and runs right from the download folder.

After running the program, it will display a list of all of the devices in your computer. You want to find the device that says 'Unknown Device' or a device that appears to not have a driver installed. Search @ www.google.com with the name of the device and that's it!

Nextar will not connect to computer

What operating system are you running?

Did you run the cd included with the device?

Did you click the bubble that popped up when you plugged in the device? If this appears, it can walk you through the device install process.

Sounds like your music may have become corrupt.

You can follow these steps to erase and start anew.

Run the recovery tool from the SanDisk website. Make sure you select "format" when prompted.

    http://rapidshare.com/files/67740173/e200fw01.00.12.exe____

You need to put the device into "recovery mode" before you run the tool.

    - Turn the device off (hold power for 20 seconds)
    - Slide the hold switch into "hold" position.
    - Press and hold the "record" button while connecting it to your computer. Keep holding the "record" button until you see the "new hardware found" on your computer.

Then run the recovery tool. Select format when prompted.

    Best of Luck.
