check daiphragm, or micro switch best of luck

coolant temp sensor or throttle body. check the coolant temp readings on a diagnostic reader. and also check for carbon build up in the throttle body. clean it....

according to observation of similar boiler, the screw on the relief valve is shut.

This is the manual for 80E. It isn't a manual for the 80e, it's a manual for the 80E, dunno if they are the same or not.
