My sharp ar-5618 MFP is showin me toner light after, so i bought a new catridge which made it start workin and after printin few pages it stoped, i went for another cartridge and it repeated the same scenerio. Pls i need ur help.

The CRUM chip is what tells the copier that the correct toner is installed. It is specific to the toner cartridge. If it is a new cartridge then it should have a new CRUM chip and there should be no problem. If it is a recharge it's possible that the chip was not changed or the wrong one was used.

the best you can do is to replace the toner cartridge itself. It won't work if you just refill it.

change the main charger because based on my experienced it has an arching problem

Or by reseting the error code by fallowing procedure

press c intrrupt 0 ( zero ) intrrupt contoneously after pressing all the light on control will go off then press 16 then press start switch

your prob will 100% solve.

if you want change developer,pullout toner cartridge open blue screw,remove developer unit ,open 3 screws,remove black cover remove old developer and add new
