help. this happens sometimes, but not all the time. Once it starts, it doesn't stop even if you open up the door and stop the cycle. It is loud and high pitched...horrible to be in the room. help!

I found that by initially disconnecting the pipes and cleaning them out (without the usual success)......then taking the front door panel off (you need to carefully remove s/steel screws from inside which then release the white or outer door panel) i found an accumulation of 'gunk' inside. Clean all of this out, make sure that rubber surround seal is 'secure' and that all inner water carriers (to tablet flap) are leak-free......re-assemble....try it!....mine is now 'as good as new' (4 back-up washes done!). good luck (POWER OFF WHEN WORKING INSIDE DOOR...WIRES!!!!!!).
