If no window appears: 3: Go into my documents 4: Find the location of the camera and your pictures 5 Drag and drop from the camera to the computer If you're still experiencing problems: Possible solutions: Remember you need to turn the camera on when transferring. connect the device to your computer
click start click on my computer to open from there you should see your camera then right click to open you should find the photos in there
click start all programs accessories open windows explorer navigate to your destination folder usually in my documents my pictures
right click on the photo's select copy navigate back to the photo folder right click select paste or
select the top photo hold the mouse cursor then select the bottom photo then drag the photos to your photo folder then drop them
