SOURCE: Just one website will not load
1. go to internet options>security>blocked sites. See if the site is listed there.
2. check if you have installed by mistake any Proxy software.
3. If you have done any suspicious activity on that website, website administrators might have blocked you IP

Sounds to me like what is known as a homepage hijack virus. I would uninstall Explorer, and reinstall the appropriate version of it. It also may not be a virus, it may be that IE8 was installed through windows update automatically, and perhaps POGO does play nice with IE8 yet. Please remember that IE8 is in BETA, which means it is being tested on the public,, but is not yet complete.

make sure you have the latest flash and shockwave players from
download the installer then restart your browser, it should work

You need to re-install your browser as this duplicate files programme seems to have gone to far. Or if you have XP do a system role back.
